Background. Information and learning portals should be built by creating an ontological-oriented model of educational content, which involves information formalization, ontological domain modeling and didactic function, which provides representation and visualization of the requested educational information. Since graph visualization of educational information increases the efficiency of its learning, there is a need for consideration and analysis of concept maps and subsequent study of the means of their automated construction with the purpose of expanding the functionality of information and educational web environments. Objective. The purpose is to analyze the relevance of graph visualizations of domains and to develop an automated method for constructing interactive concept maps in ontology-oriented educational web systems. The task is to automate the construction of relations between concepts and to provide convenient display of graphs for users of the educational web system with the use of content formalization based on the concept-thesis model. Methods. A method for constructing the didactic decomposition of the concepts of content segments in the form of a graph with the use of selective rendering visualization, representing the relationship between the concepts of concept-thesis model, is proposed. Results. The presented method provides information and educational content visualization in the form of a map, implements an interactive display of natural-language information about the chosen concept and the search for concepts in the graph with navigation to the target concept. A software system has been created that implements the proposed method for constructing interactive concept maps. Conclusions. The system for constructing interactive concept maps has received positive feedback from users as a convenient means of visualizing new information for study. Among the perspective directions of development of the proposed system are optimization of algorithms and minimization of computing load on all system ...

This article analyzes modern video compression formats, presents and substantiates the algorithm for calculating the required volume of the DVR to allow storage of video surveillance systems for the required period, provides a procedure for selecting a hard drive in terms of forms of the drive factor, its power consumption and disk speed. When designing modern video surveillance systems, it is necessary to take into account a significant number of factors. The main ones are a type of video cameras, their number, video compression format, image quality, frame activity, shelf life, drive reliability. The advantage of the video surveillance system is the ability to store video data for the required period with the ability to view them. The storage device uses a SD memory card on the camcorder, a storage device in the video recorder, cloud technologies. This article discusses how to save data to the hard disk of the DVR. To date, both analogue and digital or IP video cameras have become widely used, which differ in the principles of video signal generation and network connectivity. The number of camcorders is determined by the characteristics and parameters of the protected object. Every modern IP camcorder supports several data compression formats, which differ in the principles of operation, compression ratio, image quality, and for analogue camcorders compression is performed in the DVR. These factors ultimately affect the total video memory required. In addition, it is important to ensure the reliability of the drive, especially to ensure the monitoring of important objects. Keywords: DVR; video camera; video compression format; codec; drive; video surveillance system.

It is considered the generalized mathematical model which describes the processes of maintaining / restoring dynamic homeostasis (regeneration) of the liver and obviously depends on the control parameters. The model is a system of discrete controlled equations of the Lotka – Volterra type with transitions. These equations describe the controlled competitive dynamics of liver cell populations’ (hepatic lobules) various types in their various states and controlled competitive transitions between types and states. To develop this model there were accepted such assumptions: homogeneous approximation; independence of biological processes; small toxic factors. In the mathematical model the process of the liver regeneration occurs due to hyperplasia processes, replication, polyplodia and division of binuclear hepatocytes into mononuclear and controlled apoptosis. All these processes are necessary for adequate modeling of the liver regeneration. For example, single and constant toxic functions show that the above processes are not able to cope with the toxic factors that are accumulated in the body. The process of restoring the body’s functional state requires the non-trivial strategy of the liver regeneration. Numerical calculations revealed that the mathematical model corresponds to biological processes for different strategies of the liver regeneration. Based on the calculations in the case of partial hapatectomy it is concluded that the mixed strategy of regeneration should be used for the regeneration process. Henceforward it is planned to extend the mathematical model in the case of the liver regeneration, which occurs under the influence of strong toxins, that is, using the stem cells and fibrosis. It is also supposed to justify the principles and criteria for optimal regulation of the processes of maintaining / restoring liver’s dynamic homeostasis.
