    Die Auseinandersetzung mit literarisch inszenierter Adoleszenz hat sich insbesondere seit der Jahrtausendwende zu einem produktiven Arbeitsfeld der Literaturwissenschaft entwickelt. Vor allem Kinder- und Jugendliteraturforschung sowie Literaturdidaktik haben davon profitiert. Doch wie hängen Adoleszenz und Alterität zusammen? Die Beiträger*innen erarbeiten anhand von exemplarischen literatur- und medienwissenschaftlichen Analysen Anknüpfungspunkte zwischen Adoleszenz und interkulturellen sowie postkolonialen Fragestellungen und greifen aktuelle Themen wie z.B. Flucht, Migration, Rassismus oder (post-)koloniale Erfahrungen auf. Dabei werden auch didaktische Überlegungen im Sinne eines rassismussensiblen, interkulturellen Unterrichts in den Fokus gerückt.

    The unprecedented fiscal and monetary policy responses during the COVID-19 crisis have increased uncertainty about inflation. During crises periods, the strength of the transmission of inflation uncertainty shocks from one country to another tends to intensify. This paper examines empirical methodologies to measure the strength of the interdependence of inflation uncertainty between the UK and the euro area. We first estimate inflation uncertainty by expost forecast errors from a bivariate VAR GARCH model. The interdependence of uncertainty is estimated using a probability model. The results imply that the spillover of uncertainty is stronger for uncertainty about distant future than near future. The evidence from quantile regressions shows that such empirical method could suffer from bias if endogeneity is not properly addressed. To identify structural parameters in an endogeneity representation of interdependence, we exploit heteroskedasticity in the data across different regimes determined by the ratio of variances. The results no longer exhibit stronger interdependence at longer horizons. Estimated by different sample periods, the strength of the propagation of inflation uncertainty intensifies during the Global Financial Crisis while the interdependence significantly weakens during the post-crisis period

    This publication explores the presence of the shared heritage and interdependence of poetry composed around the theme of wine in diverse literary traditions of the Islamic world. The specialist contributions discuss multiple aspects of the literary polyphony of wine in the pre-modern Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, Ottoman Turkish, and Urdu literatures during the first millennium of the Islamic era. Presenting these together and in dialogue with one another, the volume offers a comparative perspective on a long, varied, but singularly mutual tradition. It traces how this poetry develops, flourishes and matures across linguistic and geographic, confessional and social, aesthetic and artistic boundaries within the regions of the religiously and culturally diverse Islamic world, from al-Andalūs to India.

    The objective of this text is to rescue the perspective of social welfare macro sectorial analysis. The emergence of social security and the interrelation among social security, social assistance and health policies are analyzed, at first, from a historical and conceptual perspective and mobilizing the analytical categories that inform this debate. Then, from a review of studies and research on the relationship among between inequality and mortality, morbidity, disability and dependence, it was possible to identify interfaces between different types of inequalities, as well as mutual relationships between the social welfare policies that seek to face them. After identifying both empirical and conceptual difficulties in carrying out macro-sectoral analyses, it is proposed to mobilize the concepts of institutional complementarity and interdependence in order to favor a better assessment of the reciprocal sectoral influences both in institutional processes and in their results.
