    The aim of this study is an assessment of skill demands and the skill requirements of occupations and professions in Intermodal Traffic Management (ITM) at various levels in the Port of Hamburg in relation to planning, implementation and application of Smart Port / Smart City technologies. Starting from the identified skill demands at the Port of Hamburg an estimate of demands in this area for Germany, Europe and the world is projected. Die Entwicklung des Smart Port in Hamburg gab Anlass zur Studie, wie der Qualifikationsbedarf in Berufen beim Intermodal Traffic Management (ITM) sich auf verschiedenen Ebenen des EQF voraussichtlich ändern wird. Ausgehend von dem identifizierten Qualifikationsbedarf im Hamburger Hafen wird eine deutschlandweite, europaweite sowie eine weltweite Prognose gewagt.
