    The Kurdish Shanama and its Literary and Religious Implications, as the result of a long-time fieldwork in the cultural spans of Zagros, focuses on the newly survived epic-heroic narratives known as Razm-nama, Jang-nama or Shanama. In this work, author draws attention to the existence of an unexpectedly rich epic-heroic tradition in literary Gurani (a composite idiom used in the Zagros regions) and strongly suggest that this tradition is largely independent of the Ferdowsi’s Shahnama but has many common features with other works of the Sistani cycle of epics and the Persian Naqqali tradition. This work addresses the structural and contextual similarities and differences between this tradition and its counterparts in Persian literature, and subsequently proposes a new understanding of the term Shahnama and the term Xwadaynamag. In this work, Chaman Ara, challenges the common understandings of the concept of Gurani, and presents analysis and descriptions of some linguistic features of the theory of Gurani literary language

Ein Künstler mit Migrationshintergrund (Gluklya) trifft einen Schriftsteller mit Migrationshintergrund (Murad) in einem niederländischen Asylzentrum, einem ehemaligen Gefängnis am Rande von Amsterdam. Gemeinsam lernen sie zu verstehen, was Migration bedeutet, was Sprache erlaubt und wie Kunst in ihren verschiedenen Formen als Aufschrei der Wut und als Weg zu Selbsterkenntnis und Frieden dienen kann. "Zwei Tagebücher: Gluklya & Murad" handelt nicht nur vom Leben zweier Menschen, sondern auch davon, wie Kunst Menschen formt und unterstützt und sie durch ihre schwierigsten Zeiten trägt.     As transnational extractivism, neo-fascist politics, and economies of abandonment and disposability expand around the world, can we facilitate situated practices of storytelling and worldmaking that enliven futures propelled by the forces of indignation, desire, and relationality? Despite Dispossession: An Activity Book extends an invitation to restore and reinvent bonds of reciprocity with the land, humans, and non-humans, while envisioning transformative and shared horizons. This collaborative endeavor takes as its point of departure the contested realities and public struggles of the dispossessed. Bringing together seven site-sensitive engagements, the contributors develop their artistic works, as well as speculative tools and activities, to conjure worlds to come in the ruins of dispossession. The result is a combination of subtle theoretical reflection, pluriversal modes of inquiry, and unruly epistemic intervention. Drawing its inspiration from decolonizing methodologies, Black aesthetics, and epistemologies of the South, the project gathers these influences for a novel experiment that demonstrates how arts-based researchers confront dispossession through itinerant practices of resistance.

    The kunst of knutschfleck, mariposas und die arabische Revolution findet man in den Gedichten von Xoşewîst. Aus deutschen, englischen, hocharabischen, kurdischen und spanischen Wörtern setzen sich die Texte des Dichters und politischen Aktivisten zusammen. Es sind Worte und Erfahrungen der Unterdrückung, der Flucht und des Ankommens. Diese Gedichte sind nicht einfach zu übersetzen – schon gar nicht in nur eine Sprache. Neben jedem Gedicht steht deshalb ein Glossar mit Schlüsselwörtern. Die Lesenden sind eingeladen sich aktiv mit dem Vokabular auseinanderzusetzen. Gleichzeitig sind alle Texte via QR-Code hörbar
