    In der Textlinguistik stehen heute zahlreiche analytische Orientierungen mehr oder weniger unverbunden neben einander. Diese unbefriedigende Situation ist der Ausgangspunkt für den theoretischen Neuansatz, der in der vorliegenden Studie entwickelt wird. Dieser besteht in einer Theorie der Textkommunikation, die auf zwei grundlegenden Prämissen aufbaut: Textkommunikation ist eine soziale Wirklichkeit sui generis; und die Konstitution dieser sozialen Wirklichkeit erfolgt im Medium der Schrift. Textkommunikation ist Kommunikation mit und durch Schrift. Die Grundbedingung dieser Kommunikation ist nicht die Anwesenheit der Kommunikationsteilnehmer, sondern die Lesbarkeit des Textes, die im Moment der Lektüre aufgrund von Lesbarkeitshinweisen zustande gebracht wird. Der Text ist in dieser Sicht nichts anderes als das Ensemble solcher Lesbarkeitshinweise, die beim Lesen situations- und kontextabhängig ausgewertet werden. Lesbarkeitshinweise machen deshalb den Gegenstand der Textlinguistik aus. Die vorgelegte Theorie der Textkommunikation ermöglicht es, den Lektüreprozess als genuin soziales Geschehen zu erfassen, dessen Fluchtpunkt nicht das jeweils konkrete Textverständnis eines empirischen Lesers ist, sondern die soziale Lesbarkeit The study begins from two premises not previously considered together: that written communication represents a social reality sui generis, and that this social reality is constituted in the medium of writing. The authors invoke a new understanding of the concept of readability as a fundamental condition for communication with and through writing, and elaborate its theoretical and empirical implications

    Doctoral Thesis

    Dieser Sammelband thematisiert die zahlreichen Anknüpfungspunkte zwischen (organisiertem) Sport und kommunalen Aufgabenbereichen.     Comment trouver le mot juste ? Telle est la question que se posent écrivains et chercheurs. Engagés conjointement dans la recherche du mot adéquat, ils se livrent chacun à une écriture critique, toujours partagée entre création et commentaire, œuvre et essai, justice et justesse. Mais le mot juste existe-t-il ? N'est-il pas plutôt à entendre comme un paradoxe qui admet et refuse dans le même temps toute parole ? Car parler ne suffit en effet peut-être jamais à dire ce que l'on voudrait dire. Loin de se limiter au seul problème lexical, s'interroger sur le mot juste devient ainsi l'occasion de redéfinir l'acte d'écrire sinon d'en tracer une histoire renouvelée. Nœud dialectique, le mot juste ne semble laisser place dans ses tentatives qu'à une langue négative qui ne trouve pas ses mots. D'impropriétés en impropriétés, chercher le mot juste revient en définitive à mettre un nom pour en finir sans pour autant hélas parvenir à sortir de la page noire, là où toute langue ne se dit qu'à demi-mot. Parce que, depuis son impuissance fondatrice qu'il entend conjurer, le mot juste ne cesse d'adresser cette interrogation peut-être insoluble : et si l'écriture était toujours l'écriture moins l'écriture ?...

    In der Textlinguistik stehen heute zahlreiche analytische Orientierungen mehr oder weniger unverbunden neben einander. Diese unbefriedigende Situation ist der Ausgangspunkt für den theoretischen Neuansatz, der in der vorliegenden Studie entwickelt wird. Dieser besteht in einer Theorie der Textkommunikation, die auf zwei grundlegenden Prämissen aufbaut: Textkommunikation ist eine soziale Wirklichkeit sui generis; und die Konstitution dieser sozialen Wirklichkeit erfolgt im Medium der Schrift. Textkommunikation ist Kommunikation mit und durch Schrift. Die Grundbedingung dieser Kommunikation ist nicht die Anwesenheit der Kommunikationsteilnehmer, sondern die Lesbarkeit des Textes, die im Moment der Lektüre aufgrund von Lesbarkeitshinweisen zustande gebracht wird. Der Text ist in dieser Sicht nichts anderes als das Ensemble solcher Lesbarkeitshinweise, die beim Lesen situations- und kontextabhängig ausgewertet werden. Lesbarkeitshinweise machen deshalb den Gegenstand der Textlinguistik aus. Die vorgelegte Theorie der Textkommunikation ermöglicht es, den Lektüreprozess als genuin soziales Geschehen zu erfassen, dessen Fluchtpunkt nicht das jeweils konkrete Textverständnis eines empirischen Lesers ist, sondern die soziale Lesbarkeit The study begins from two premises not previously considered together: that written communication represents a social reality sui generis, and that this social reality is constituted in the medium of writing. The authors invoke a new understanding of the concept of readability as a fundamental condition for communication with and through writing, and elaborate its theoretical and empirical implications
