Auf Basis von zwei qualitativen Studien wird verdeutlicht, dass sich Macht in multilingualen Teams in interessengeleiteten Aushandlungen der Teamsprache, der situativen Anwendung von Mikropolitik und subtilen sowie expliziten sprachbasierten Ausgrenzungen einzelner Teammitglieder zeigt.
