    Grundlage des Bandes bildet eine Längsschnittuntersuchung in Kindertagesstätten, die sich durch sprachlich wie kulturell heterogene Kindergruppen auszeichnen. Die an dem Interventionsprojekt teilnehmenden Einrichtungen wurden in einer strukturierten In-House Weiterbildung darin begleitet, mit Sprachenvielfalt und Mehrsprachigkeit konstruktiv umzugehen. Ziel war es, einen Transferprozess in die Praxis anzustoßen und langfristige Auswirkungen der Maßnahmen auf Ebene der Einrichtungen, der Eltern sowie der Kinder zu evaluieren. Im Band werden Effekte des Einbezugs von Mehrsprachigkeit dargestellt. Dies betrifft die Schaffung einer mehrsprachigkeitsunterstützenden Lernumgebung, die sich auf Raumgestaltung und Materialeinsatz, Wertschätzung, reflektiert begleitete Peer-Interaktionen sowie den direkten Einbezug verschiedener Sprachen bezieht. Weiter wird die Entwicklung mehrsprachiger Kinder im Alter von 3 und 6 Jahren beschrieben. Schließlich erfolgt auch eine praxisnahe Beschreibung von Best-Practice-Ansätzen.

    "This anthology presents music pedagogical research as a field of integrated reflection that transcends institutional and disciplinary barriers. The anthology aims to reinforce thinking, knowledge development and collaboration in the broad landscape of music pedagogical research and education. The authors are associated with performance music education, pre-service and in-service teacher education, specialist music teacher education, and early childhood teacher education.

     

    Through 14 chapters, the anthology examines admission tests and assessment guidelines in performing music education, music in interdisciplinary work in teacher education, notions of musicality in early childhood teacher education, entrepreneurship in higher music education, the principle instrument in general music teacher education, evaluation of concert production in music teacher education, multiculturalism across various music teacher educations, pipe organ education for children, dilemmas in Scandinavian choir-leader education, work experiences of female professors in music education, a performing musician’s path to becoming a researcher, state funding and the mandate of performance music education, and the discursive terms of music/teacher education at four institutions of higher education. By taking the current socio-technological conditions of the post-digital and the post-internet seriously, contributors challenge fixed narratives and field-specific ownership of these terms, as well as explore their potential and possible shortcomings when discussing art and education. More than a thousand Arab satellite TV channels alongside other new media platforms are offering all kinds of programming. Religion has also found a vital place as a topic in mainstream media or in one of the approximately 135 religious satellite channels that broadcast guidance and entertainment with an Islamic frame of reference. How do Arab audiences make use of mediated religion in negotiations of identity and belonging? The empirical based case studies in this interdisciplinary volume explore audience-media relations with a focus on religious identity in different countries such as Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, and the United States.

    This book updates reader-response criticism as the foundation of aesthetic reading in the classroom by bringing it in line with cognitive theories in literary studies and linguistics. With the help of Gilles Fauconnier and Mark Turner‘s conceptual integration theory, which shares a surprising number of correspondences with Wolfgang Iser‘s The Act of Reading, it is possible to flesh out the latter‘s model of narrative meaning-making. In turn, this allows for a consistent reader-response approach to the medium of comics and auto/biography as one of its dominant genres. The fragmentation of comics narratives, but also of human lives and identities, requires such a theory that can explain how different perspectives and experiences can be blended into an experiential whole.

    Les pratiques de lecture des élèves ont fait l’objet de recherches de grande ampleur. Mais que sait-on des pratiques d’enseignement ? Qu’est-ce qui se construit lorsque des enseignants et des élèves abordent un texte en classe ? Cet objet varie-t-il en fonction des textes ? De leur longueur ? De leur statut ? L’auteur a mené une recherche avec des enseignants qui ont étudié Candide de Voltaire et La fée Carabine de Pennac avec leurs élèves de 16 ans. Comment les enseignants s’y sont-ils pris dans cette entreprise complexe? Comment ont-ils assuré les liens entre les lectures réalisées à la maison et le travail en classe ? Certes, chaque enseignant s’y prend différemment. Mais un phénomène commun apparait: le recours à des genres d’activité scolaire pour appréhender différentes facettes des textes littéraires et assurer les liens entre le commentaire de texte et les lectures des élèves.     For decades theorists have opined that the lines between creative writing and composition need to be lifted, yet little has been written about the pedagogical methods that allow a cohesive approach between the disciplines. This book brings together contemporary authors and well-respected creative writing instructors and theorists to explore ways creativity in composition may be encouraged in student writers. The question in this anthology is not 'Can writing be taught?' but 'How can we inspire students to embrace the creative process no matter what they write?'     Grundlage des Bandes bildet eine Längsschnittuntersuchung in Kindertagesstätten, die sich durch sprachlich wie kulturell heterogene Kindergruppen auszeichnen. Die an dem Interventionsprojekt teilnehmenden Einrichtungen wurden in einer strukturierten In-House Weiterbildung darin begleitet, mit Sprachenvielfalt und Mehrsprachigkeit konstruktiv umzugehen. Ziel war es, einen Transferprozess in die Praxis anzustoßen und langfristige Auswirkungen der Maßnahmen auf Ebene der Einrichtungen, der Eltern sowie der Kinder zu evaluieren. Im Band werden Effekte des Einbezugs von Mehrsprachigkeit dargestellt. Dies betrifft die Schaffung einer mehrsprachigkeitsunterstützenden Lernumgebung, die sich auf Raumgestaltung und Materialeinsatz, Wertschätzung, reflektiert begleitete Peer-Interaktionen sowie den direkten Einbezug verschiedener Sprachen bezieht. Weiter wird die Entwicklung mehrsprachiger Kinder im Alter von 3 und 6 Jahren beschrieben. Schließlich erfolgt auch eine praxisnahe Beschreibung von Best-Practice-Ansätzen.

    La didactique du français ne peut faire l’économie de penser les effets des nouvelles technologies sur le français et sur son enseignement, au risque soit de perdre son adéquation au réel, soit de manquer d’un recul critique nécessaire pour se prémunir d’éventuels effets dommageables. L’enjeu de cet ouvrage est d’explorer, de part et d’autre de la frontière scolaire, traditionnellement étanche, les jeux de circulation et d’innovation qui en marquent la rénovation. Dans un premier temps sont regroupés les articles qui mettent au jour le renouvellement des pratiques enseignantes traditionnelles, la redéfinition de certains savoirs scolaires, la promotion du travail collaboratif, l’usage inédit des hyperliens et l’exploration de la multimodalité. Dans un second temps, plusieurs articles étudient les pratiques communicationnelles sur les réseaux sociaux et les plateformes de sociabilité numérique, ainsi que le possible usage de celles-ci pour établir des liens plus serrés entre l’école et la vie des élèves, voire d’imaginer de nouvelles voies d’actualisation du savoir et de la culture, à même de garantir la transmission, au cœur des ruptures induites par ces nouveaux medias eux-mêmes.

    Cancel culture, canon wars, new culture wars - the media debate about which texts are still “allowed” to be read with children is not only unsettling parents. Literature houses and theaters, universities, publishers and education ministries are also looking for adequate answers to the ongoing questioning of the literary canon. This volume takes a differentiated look at the controversy surrounding the issue of culling and expands the debate to include perspectives on literature and media didactics. Among other things, it looks at pop-cultural media phenomena such as TKKG, film adaptations of Jim Knopf and modern classics such as Tschick. It also looks at the ways in which children and young people use these aesthetic media. From a cultural studies perspective, the authors argue that texts should not be excluded. Instead, they formulate framework conditions and didactic models for literature and media lessons that use (marginalized) canonized literature to address topics such as racism, diversity and questions of inclusion

    Die Berücksichtigung individueller Lernvoraussetzungen gilt als Qualitätsmerkmal von Unterricht, wobei die chemiedidaktische Forschung bislang vor allem leistungsbezogene Differenzierung fokussiert. Interessenbasierte Differenzierung wird in der Literatur als die Öffnung des Unterrichts im Hinblick auf die Auswahl zwischen bereitgestellten Lernmaterialien, die in unterschiedliche Kontexte eingebettet sind, beschrieben -- aber bisher nur wenig evaluiert. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden zwei quantitative Studien mit Chemielernenden der 9. und 10. Jahrgangsstufe durchgeführt, um die Effektivität eines interessenbasierten Differenzierungsansatzes im Fach Chemie zu untersuchen. Die Kontextwahl der Lernenden wurde mithilfe einer explanativen Studie mit N ,= ,347 Lernenden ermittelt. Daran anknüpfend wurde in einer experimentellen Studie mit N ,= ,217 Lernenden untersucht, welchen Einfluss selbstgewählte und systematisch zugewiesene Kontextaufgaben auf die Effektivität einer Lernsituation im Fach Chemie haben. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung zeigen, dass Lernende in Abhängigkeit von ihren Personenmerkmalen alltägliche, besondere oder innerfachliche Kontexte wählen und vor allem die Passung zwischen den Merkmalen der Lernenden und dem Kontext zu lernförderlichen Effekten hinsichtlich affektiv-motivationaler Merkmale führt. Die differenzierte Betrachtung der Merkmale der Lernenden und der Merkmale der verwendeten Kontexte ist notwendig, um den Lernprozess für alle Lernenden zu optimieren
