Das erste deutschsprachige Handbuch zu Fragen entwicklungspolitischer Evaluierung sucht eine Brücke zwischen Theorie und Praxis zu schlagen. Es versammelt Autoren, die als Mitarbeiter der Weltbank, des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung, staatlicher Durchführungsorganisationen, Kirchlicher Hilfswerke, Nichtregierungsorganisationen sowie als Wissenschaftler und Gutachter in unterschiedlicher Weise mit Fragen und Methodenproblemen entwicklungspolitischer Evaluierung konfrontiert sind.
