This is a two-year Master’s Programme in Intercultural Literature Studies for which students are awarded a Degree of Master of Arts. Apart from the general programme, specialisations in English, French and German are also offered. The successful completion of the programme will provide a competitive advantage in professions that require critical-thinking skills, intercultural understanding and analytical competence.

Students will acquire tools that will help them to shed light in a critical and scholarly manner on the interaction between language, literature and culture, and to reflect on the potential literature has to contribute to greater intercultural understanding in our global society. The programme is international in character, which is greatly due to collaboration with partner universities in other countries. Courses are taught online in a stimulating and interactive digital environment that includes synchronous seminars, which means that students can take the programme regardless of geographical location.

All tuition is in English, except for the specialisations in French and German, where the compulsory courses for that specific specialisation are taught in the language relevant to that particular specialisation.
