    "Es existieren mittlerweile zahlreiche empirische Untersuchungen zum Gesprächsverhalten von Männern und Frauen. Und doch ist es keinesfalls gelungen, pauschal ein grundsätzlich unterschiedliches geschlechtsspezifisches Gesprächsverhalten nachzuweisen. Auch wurde in diesem Zusammenhang vielfach die Gesprächswahrnehmung der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer vernachlässigt. An diesen Punkten setzt die vorliegende Masterarbeit an und ergründet in einer empirischen Studie die Fragestellungen, ob und inwieweit „Geschlecht“ innerhalb einer konkreten Interaktionssituation ausschlaggebend ist, inwieweit es im Gespräch konstruiert wird und Geschlechterdifferenzen aktiviert werden. Ebenfalls wird der Frage nachgegangen, inwieweit die Wahrnehmung und Beurteilung von Situation und Gesprächspartnern durch das eigene Geschlecht und das der Gesprächspartner beeinflusst und von einer stereotypen Geschlechtervorstellung gesteuert wird. Die theoretische Grundlage der Arbeit bildet der Ansatz des „Doing Gender“. Daraus abgeleitet, werden - die aktive und interaktive Herstellung von „Geschlecht“ und - die (eingefärbte) Wahrnehmung bezogen auf konkrete Interaktionssituationen untersucht. Das Vorgehen bei der Datenerhebung und Datenauswertung bildet dabei die Schnittstelle von Sprach- und Kommunikationswissenschaft. Mithilfe der „interaktiven Verfahren“ von Brinker und Sager werden anhand dreier gemischtgeschlechtlicher Kleingruppengespräche innerhalb des „lokalen und regionalen Managements“ die kommunikativen Praktiken, welche „Doing Gender“ deutlich machen, analysiert. Darüber hinaus wird die individuelle Gesprächswahrnehmung und -beurteilung ermittelt. Grundlage hierfür sind im Anschluss an die Gruppendiskussionen einzeln geführte Leitfadeninterviews, die mit der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring ausgewertet werden. Ein Vergleich zwischen den in den Leitfadeninterviews gegebenen Einschätzungen und dem transkribierten Geschehen innerhalb der Gruppendiskussionen rundet die Analyse ab.     What can oral poetic traditions teach us about language and the human mind? Oral Poetics has produced insights relevant not only for the study of traditional poetry, but also for our general understanding of language and cognition: formulaic style as a product of rehearsed improvisation, the thematic structuring of traditional narratives, or the poetic use of features from everyday speech, among many others. The cognitive sciences have developed frameworks that are crucial for research on oral poetics, such as construction grammar or conversation analysis. The key for connecting the two disciplines is their common focus on usage and performance. This collection of papers explores how some of the latest research on language and cognition can contribute to advances in oral studies. At the same time, it shows how research on verbal art in its natural, oral medium can lead to new insights in semantics, pragmatics, or multimodal communication. The ultimate goal is to pave the way towards a Cognitive Oral Poetics, a new interdisciplinary field for the study or oral poetry as a window to the mind

    The article discusses the features and approaches to dialogic speech analysis. Through the analysis of dialogic discourse, new opportunities arise for studying human existence. Since the second half of the XX century, interest in interpersonal communication, dialogic discourse, and conversation analysis has significantlyincreased. The growing importance of communication in society is noted in modern humanities. Therefore, dialogue as an "ideal type" of communication and issues related to its characteristics are of particular importance in contemporary linguistics. Due to the study of dialogic discourse, new opportunities arise for studying man, his role in society, and social communication. The realisation of dialogues characterises the characteristics of thinking. Communication problems are multifaceted and express people's culture and thoughts. The issue of defining the conceptual and semantic meaning of dialogue as a basic concept of dialogue discourse is evident and necessary.

Sie soll zum einen den methodisch kontrollierten Zugang zu "inhaltlicheren" Aspekten natürlicher Alltagsgespräche eröffnen. Zum anderen soll sie die Grundlage für die Konzeption der Konversationsanalyse als einer allgemeinen Methodologie zur Untersuchung sprachlicher Phänomene legen. In gegenstandsbezogener Hinsicht wird der methodische Ansatz umgesetzt in Untersuchungen zur Konstitution der Semantik von Wörtern im Gespräch, zum Argumentieren in konfliktären Interaktionssituationen und zur Gruppenkonstitution und sozialen Kategorisierung in verbalen Interaktionen zwischen Jugendlichen. ; The author argues for a version of conversation analysis that is supplemented by ethnographic procedures. This conception is meant to provide a methodologically refined access to semantic and practical features of naturally occurring talk. Moreover, it aims at broadening the scope of conversation analysis towards becoming a general methodology for the study of linguistic phenomena.
