    This paper focuses on the emotion fear in film reviews of horrors and thrillers. The author analyzes the texts of three German and Czech reviews of the films 'The Ghost Writer' (Roman Polanski) and 'The White Ribbon' (Michael Haneke) to determine which linguistic means are used by the reviewers in their description and interpretation of the films in order to describe and evoke an atmosphere of fear.

    Příspěvek se zabývá jednou ze základních a komplexních emocí – láskou, tak, jak ji reflektují filmoví recenzenti ve svých textech. Pozornost je soustředěna na recenze tří filmŧ, z nichţ kaţdý představuje lásku v jiné podobě: jako lásku romantickou, smyslovou a lásku ve spojení s další emocí – strachem – v erotickém thrilleru. Na příkladech jazykových prostředkŧ, kterými je láska pojmenovávána a vyjadřována, se autorka snaţí postihnout rŧzné stupně i rozporuplnost této emoce. This paper focuses on one of the basic emotions – love – in the reviews of three different films: a romance, a love drama and an erotic thriller. The author identifies typical means of expression concerning romantic love, sensual love and love in combination with another basic emotion: fear.

    Přìspěvek se zaměřuje na metaforiku a idiomatiku jako jazykové prostředky, které vyjadřujì emocionalitu, konkrétně emoci "láska". Na přìkladech z publicistických recenzì filmů, pojednávajìcìch o lásce (romantická komedie, milostná romance, manņelské drama) autorka článku postihuje typické metafory a (metaforické) idiomy, které recenzenti vyuņìvajì k výkladu obsahu, filmových obrazů i k hodnocenì filmů na téma "láska". This paper focuses on metaphor and idioms as linguistic means of expressing emotionality, specifically the emotion "love". Using examples from published reviews of films involving love (romantic comedies, romances, marital dramas), the author identifies typical metaphors and (metaphorical) idioms used by the reviewers when discussing and evaluating the plot and imagery of films about "love".

    Der Beitrag widmet sich den okkasionellen Modifikationen von Phraseologismen in deutschen Online-Medien (spiegel.de, sueddeutsche.de) und im ZEIT-Korpus des Digitalen Wörterbuches der deutschen Sprache (DWDS). Ausgehend von verschiedenen Typen der Modifikationen wird auf die Intentionalität und Kontextgebundenheit der okkasionellen Modifikationen von Phraseologismen in medialen Texten eingegangen. The article focuses on occasional phraseological modifications in German online media (spiegel.de, sueddeutsche.de) and in the electronic ZEIT-corpus of the Digital Wörterbuch der deutschen Sprache (digital lexicon of the German language; DWDS.de). Various types of phrase-ological modifications (substitution, expansion, reduction) in mass media texts and in the ZEIT-corpus are analyzed in relation to their intentionality and contextuality.
